I see both adolescents (12 years and over) and adults and use evidence-based psychological treatments to help people with a range of mental illnesses, psychological problems or difficulties in life. The therapies and techniques that I predominantly use are Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. Most importantly, I pay close attention to tailoring my approach to meet each individual’s needs.
