A few words about

I focus on seeing adult clients (18 years and over) and use evidence-based psychological treatments to help people with a range of mental illnesses, psychological problems or difficulties in life. While I see clients presenting with a range of issues, I have a particular interest in anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders. The therapies and techniques that I predominantly use are Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Most importantly, I pay close attention to tailoring my approach to meet each individual’s needs.
